Mrs. Lipika Avinash Shelar - Director & Chief Executive Officer As our CEO, Mrs. Lipika is the driving force behind our mission. She provides the strategic direction and passion that fuel our work, overseeing all operations and ensuring we create a lasting impact across our various initiatives.
Mrs. Minakshi Shivaji Shelar - Director & Admin Mrs. Minakshi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, managing the administrative backbone of our organization. Her leadership ensures that our programs are executed with compassion, efficiency, and a focus on lasting, measurable results.
Mr. Aniruddha Shivaji Shelar - Treasurer & Resource Mobilization and External Engagement Mr. Aniruddha oversees the financial health of our foundation as Treasurer. He is also responsible for resource mobilization and building strong relationships with our partners, donors, and other stakeholders, ensuring the sustainability of our mission.
Mrs. Swati Sanjay Arnale - Member & Organizational Development & Governance Affairs Mrs. Swati is a key member of our council, focusing on organizational development and upholding our commitment to ethical governance. Her insights help us strengthen our internal processes and ensure accountability.
Mr. Dipak Biranje - Human Resource Member Mr. Dipak plays a vital role in managing our human resources. He is dedicated to fostering a supportive and effective environment for all our staff and volunteers, ensuring our team is equipped to meet its goals.
